Information we may collect
• Your name, email address and contact details.
• Information you enter into the PBT calorie and macro calculator, including goals, activity and nutrition-related inputs.
• Answers and scores from the PBT Body + Mind assessment.
• Appointment and communication information, including booking details and messages you send us.
• Technical information such as device, browser, IP address and cookie information where used by the website and connected services.
• Information you choose to share during enquiries or coaching.
Why we use it and our lawful bases
• To provide the result, information or appointment you ask for and to take steps at your request before providing services.
• To provide and manage coaching services where we have a contract with you.
• To send PBT tips and information about PBT coaching when you have actively consented to marketing. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To operate, secure and improve our website and systems where we have a legitimate interest and that interest does not override your rights.
• To meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations where required.
Some information you choose to provide may relate to health. Where UK data-protection law treats information as special-category data, PBT must have an appropriate Article 9 condition as well as a lawful basis before processing it. The freelancer must ensure the final forms and workflows match the lawful basis selected by Zoistek Ltd.
Who we may share information with
We may use service providers to run the website and business, including GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for forms, contact records, automations and email; calendar and meeting providers such as Google and/or Zoom; website hosting, analytics, email and other professional service providers. We only share information where needed for the service, business operations or legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, Zoistek Ltd will use an appropriate UK transfer mechanism or other lawful safeguard where required.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including providing services, handling enquiries, maintaining appropriate business records and meeting legal obligations. Marketing contacts are kept until consent is withdrawn, the person unsubscribes, or the information is no longer needed, subject to any minimal suppression record needed to respect an opt-out. Final retention periods should be documented before launch.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to use of your information, and rights relating to data portability and automated decisions. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact info@purebodytransformation.co.uk to exercise a right. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO).
Marketing
PBT marketing emails are sent only where the required permission or other lawful basis applies. The calculator and assessment marketing box must be unticked by default. If you consent, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in an email or by contacting us. A person who does not consent must not enter a marketing nurture workflow.
Security and changes
We use reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal information. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice when our services, providers or legal requirements change. The latest version will be published on our website.
